Administrators: Admins are the highest echelon of board staff and are responsible for all executive decisions regarding the direction and governance of the board. They are denoted as a member of board staff. Certain admins may also be a member of Compendium or Forge staff. Moderators: Mods enforce board rules, assist admins in the Compendium and Forge, judge PvP threads, and and serve as valued advisors regarding the direction and governance of the board; mods also have voting power in staff votes. They are denoted as a member of board staff. Certain mods may also be a member of Compendium or Forge staff. Lorekeepers / Forgemasters: Lorekeepers and Forgemasters are the first line judges in the Compendium and Forge respectively. They conduct initial reviews of submissions and work with writers to not only ensure compliance with rules and consistent with lore, but also to help their fellow writers create a quality submission that adds to the world of Kingsroad. They are not members of Compendium or Forge staff, but act as representatives of their staff and expected to conduct themselves accordingly. Lorekeepers and Forgemasters typically have some kind of moderating power in their respective sections. Founder: Those with the Founder role are amongst the first members of Kingsroad. Those who join and actively participate on Kingsroad are given the role as a thank you for their help in establishing the Kingsroad community. The Founder role is only available for a limited time; the cut-off date has not yet been established. Writer: This is the main account people hold. It may serve as an out-of-character (OOC) profile, or writers may also use it as a character; people who choose to do the latter typically reserve this spot for their main character. Character: All characters (i.e: subaccounts) are created as characters. Those who qualify for the Founder role may convert character accounts into Founders while the qualification window is still open.
