Tommen Baratheon: ~It’s been so nice here at Winterfell because I got to play with Bran and Rickon. But it’s so sad Bran fell, now he can’t come back with us. Where we could play all the time~*sketches on a sheet of parchment a picture of him, and Uncle Jaime in a field of flowers with kittens, a rainbow and a huge smiling sun.*
Rickon Stark: *sees Tommen is drawing and wants to too.* What are you drawing? I want to help, may I?
Tommen Baratheon: *smiles and nods* I want to draw a nice picture for Uncle Jaime. He seems kind of…well, not happy. I think it would cheer him up. ~After all he gave me a kitten to cheer me up when Joffrey was mean to me.~ We can draw a picture of us at Winterfell, it would be fun!
Rickon Stark: ~It’s going to be so boring when Prince Tommen leaves. I won’t have Sansa, Arya, Jon or Robb to play with and Bran won’t wake up. It would be so much more fun to play with the wolves, but Tommen won’t do it. Maybe Tommen could ask his mother to stay, if Sansa and Arya have to go, he should stay!~ Yeah he’ll like it so much. Do you think you might want to stay in Winterfell? It could be lots of fun. Bran would like it too.
Tommen Baratheon: *smiles sadly* I couldn’t leave my mother. She would be so worried. Maybe when we’re older we can all go somewhere together. Maybe Uncle Jaime could even come to protect us.
Rickon Stark: *crosses his arms and sulks* ~Bran was going to go too before he fell. My mother is nicer, and smarter, and more beautiful than the Queen…~ *looks upset*
Tommen Baratheon: ~Rickon is going to miss me so much he’s trying not to cry.~ *smiles and gives Rickon a quill* We’ll play again. You’ll see, when Joffrey and Sansa get married we’ll play again. And we’ll be brothers.
Rickon Stark: *smiles a little and takes the quill* It will be fun. Joffrey is really mean, not like my brothers, they’re the best. What should I draw.
Tommen Baratheon: You can help me make it look like Winterfell. You can draw yourself, and we can all hold hands. He’ll be so happy, we can all smile and then, looking at it will make him smile.
Rickon Stark: He’ll like it! I’ll draw Shaggydog too. Maybe I should draw a heart tree from the Godswood. Then he’ll defiantly remember it’s Winterfell. *starts to draw with Tommen and they’re both quiet for a little while.* Do you really think Ser Jaime is really nice? Arya said if he were really nice, he could have killed the Mad King before he killed my Uncle and Grandfather…”
Tommen Baratheon: *thinks for a little while* He’s really nice. I’m sure there wasn’t anything he could do. I’m sure he wouldn’t want anything bad to happen to your father when he’s at King’s Landing. If he’s there, he won’t let bad things happen to your father or sisters. We’ll all be good friends. Even Arya and Joffrey! *starts to giggle*
Rickon Stark: *starts to giggle too* No, not Arya and Joffrey! Arya isn’t mean like Joffrey, she just likes asking lots of questions and playing around. *continues drawing and Shaggydog moves over to the window to watch birds* Are you still scared of Shaggydog? He’s really nice, he just likes scaring birds and chasing squirrels. He doesn’t bite people at all. He just gives us dire wolf kisses.
Tommen Baratheon: *looks over at Shaggydog nervously.* Well…he’s just big. ~and looks mean..~ If your sisters let me play around their wolves, I think I’ll be really used to Shaggydog.
Rickon Stark: I don’t think Shaggydog is like the other wolves, he likes running around and digging and playing. Maybe if you play with Nymeria, Lady is really good, she always listen and never does anything bad. I’m sorry Shaggydog scared your kitten, maybe he’ll come back.
Tommen Baratheon: It’s all right….Mother wasn’t happy I had him anyway. If Shaggydog didn’t scare him, Joffrey would of done something mean when he found him. *continues drawing* Do you think our Father’s ever did things like this together? I can’t imagine my father drawing, I think he would of rather been swinging his war hammer around, or eating….
Rickon Stark: He would be eating! Well, if they were playing now…When my father was little, I think he would of done things like Bran, he would read stories, and just practice when he was told to practice and pray in the Godswood. What kind of games do you think adults play? I bet they’re really boring, sometimes when my father says he’s really busy with something I look in his room and he’s sleeping with all the papers and things it’s funny! Then I tell my mother and she teases him.
Tommen Baratheon: I can’t wait until I’m old enough to sign all kinds of papers! I practice my penmanship all the time so it will be the best signature ever. I don’t know what type of games my father plays, but my mother doesn’t like them at all.
Rickon Stark: Maybe that’s why my father said he’d go, so he could teach your father how to play better games. Our picture is the best. It’s going to be so fun to see how he likes it! You’ll have to let me know though, because I have to go. My mother always has to make sure I’m clean before supper. Even if I’ve been in the castle all day! Come Shaggy, lets go find mother.
